Massachusetts Elder and Estate Attorney Stephanie Konarski


Stephanie Konarski’s professional practice is devoted to elder law, wills and trusts, Medicaid and nursing home planning, Medicaid applications, planning for disability and incapacity, special needs trusts, guardianships and conservatorships, asset preservation planning, probate, estate and trust administration and real estate.

Ms. Konarski received her juris doctor from New England School of Law, where she graduated with honors. She is also a cum laude graduate of Framingham State College where she received her undergraduate degree in Sociology. In 2004, Ms. Konarski opened her law practice to serve seniors, disabled persons and their families.

Ms. Konarski is an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA),  Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (MANAELA), and the Academy of Special Needs Planners. She is also a member of the Women's Bar Association and the Plymouth County District Bar Association.

Ms. Konarski lectures to other area professionals and charitable organizations on a variety of elder law topics, including asset preservation, estate planning, Medicaid qualification and special needs trusts for disability planning.

Ms. Konarski is married with one child and lives in Hanson, Massachusetts.
